I checked my files for a couple of months before and after Poobah's post and did not find anything that appeared to fit the description and could not find a matching e-bay item number. It has been a practice of mine to download the paipos posted on e-bay but my search criteria doesn't catch all of them. Also, if a board appears to really be a kneeboard then I usually won't download it. One of these days I plan to cull through the collection and post selected ones to my website.

It was a fan card for actress Dorothy Sebastian. Here's another link:

There was a similar-looking board at Bellyfest 2008 that wasn't hollow. It had two pieces of curved wood out at the rail that held the curve of the nose. The deckside of the wood was kerf cut maybe a dozen times to ease the curve.

Thanks to both of you guys. I also download all paipo pics and put them on my screen saver slideshow so when the monitor sleeps it starts a nice slideshow of all the boards Ive seen.
