I had some time off around the birth of our second daughter Lizzy, and since i didn't want to go far away from home, i fooled around in the woodshed during their afternoon-sleeps.

This is what came off it:

The Basic paipo (and handboard)

The Liz Fish

the Beach Vampire (big board for summer, note the handgrip for carrying)

The Daisy Fish (based on a drawing in a book of our little girl Daisy)

The Trees Rock Board

And finally: the In Gnar We Trust / Smallwaves board

The boards are all made from pieces of found wood (of all kinds). More info on en pictures off the builds are on www.monsterboards.org

Maybe one day i get to ride them all Very Happy

Eeef,

I checked out your site and saw the photo of the handboard you posted off. If you were to send one of your larger boards to someone in Europe how would you do this? I have been trying to locate a company in Europe that would ship a paipo: Portugal -> Spain -> France.

Any ideas are welcomed.

Bob

Hello Bob,

i think i would use the Dutch Post, the handle shipping out of the country as well, or else DHL (but i must confess that i've never used them before).

greetings,

Eef

Eef,

Many thanks. The Oz postal services wouldn't take a board but I will ask the Peniche Post Office and see what they say.

I recently came across a website featuring waves in Denmark. I suspect they don't happen too often, but they were surprisingly good looking waves.

regards

Bob

Hi Bob,

i think the surf in Denmark is about the same as here in Holland, maybe even better cause their coast is more open to different swell directions.

Probably not as good as Oz, but there are miles and miles of fun beachbreaks.

greetings,

Eef
