It needs a few more coats of finish before it's ready for the water but here's my first wood board.
Slight roll on the bottom, slight hollow on the deck, pyrography pirate fish deco.

Poobah asked me about the pyrography.
I traced my template with a pencil and then just filled in, scorching with a small soldering iron I had. It's essentially the same thing as a woodburner you're just restricted to one tip.
It seemed natural for a wood board.
When I had the idea my wife got curious and googled pyrography and found this amazing skateboard.
Inspiring!
I may scorch the shark camo pattern onto the hull
