These clips are for information purposes only so people can see what experienced mat surfing looks like. The clips are low res."

Good (not great) footage: the mat surfing segments in "Fantasea" were filmed in the late 1970s, on stock rubber and canvas mats. "State of S - Full Circle" mat surfing segments filmed in the late 1990's, on a
4th Gear Flyer, nylon and polyurethane mat (1983-85). Note that some of George Greneough's statements about rubber and canvas mat riding (pre-1983) do not apply to modern nylon and polyurethane mats.
