Saw this tonight (thurs, 7/7) when checking the local surf report page:

The paipo was probably me, lol, finally getting to test my new board: http://rodndtube.com/paipo/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1093&sid=27642bff71e82602d3d5c2c295957607 and breaking a 4 + month surf drought. Rode the board without a skeg in small surf. The waves didn't have enough power to get me off my belly, but the rides were long. Later, I found some better waves a little ways down the coast at a usually marginal spot. Waves there had enough size & power to knee/drop knee ride the board like I intended. Very happy with how stable the board was even without a fin, especially when maneuvering around all the traffic on the inside. Can't wait to try it in bigger/cleaner waves.
