...maybe there sort of is? I'm down at Sand Dollar in the last part of September. You remember Sand Dollar in Big Sur? Cold cold cold Big Sur? Cold and flat Big Sur? That's the one! Anyway I've got a campsite Sun, Mon, Tues on September 25-27, Plaskett Creek Campground. Any one who would like to come on down (or up, or across) is welcome to stay. There is room for two cars and eight people and so far it's just me. I took the later part of the weekend to get the view camp spot. But if anyone wants to get another spot on Saturday that's good. Or come down for the day instead, if you are close. I notice we have some new members in the Nor-Cen-So Cal areas.

I wrote this once before and it vanished into the cyberspaces, so if it comes back my apologies for repeating.

For those of you new to the site we have had several jolly outings of merry paiponistas, camping and looking for surf, and cooking and eating and a lot of yak yak yak. This is like that only probably smaller.

Kim, it sounds like a great time. Sorry I will miss it. Really beautiful there in Big Sur, too. I will be in FL for about a week -- may try to round up or at least go surf riding with a couple of paipoistas there. Hard to leave our East Coast during hurricane season Wink
