here is another ply board cost to biuld about $20 it is 24" at the tail and 14" at the nose and 40" long nose is biult up about 1' from pine and monkey pod wood scrsps Cool

Nice! I'm gonna build a wider paipo this weekend! I've come from the prone alaia so most of mine are under 16 inches. Any tips on thickness or rocker Mike?

I go with 1/2" thick ply mine are mostly flat except the nose. I add about 1" thick block to the nose then use a body grinder to shape a lip on the nose I use birch ply it cost a few bucks more but is a nicer ply MIKE Cool
