Anyone, or the owner of this HPD know what kind it is?(I'm talking about the 3rd picture down, the black board leaning up against the tailgate) Perhaps the "Mystical" HPD Spoon???

That is the mystical HPD spoon. That was constructed a couple of years ago by Paul for me after many many lengthy phone discussions. Come on over to Santa Cruz and try it. Very Happy

Ohhh Cool How does it ride? Is the deck concave similar to an SR model, with the flex "strip" in the middle of the deck, or like the new spoon board that Ted's trying http://rodndtube.com/paipo/forum/viewtopic.php?t=802 with the flex "strip" running all the way to the bottom of the board?

Actually it's kind of the opposite. The center of the board is more like a spine that the sides of the board flex off of.
